Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Neverchase may issue refunds for digital products, courses, downloads, and the Neverchase Inner Circle membership. It should be read together with the Neverchase Terms of Service.
Neverchase is operated by Idris Agency LLC, doing business as Neverchase (“Neverchase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Our refund promise
We want you to feel confident purchasing from Neverchase. If a product includes a specific money-back guarantee or refund window at checkout, that offer controls for that product. The applicable guarantee period, eligibility requirements, and exclusions will be shown on the product page or checkout page.
If no product-specific guarantee is shown, the general rules below apply, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Digital products and downloads
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally considered on a case-by-case basis once delivery or access has occurred. We may approve a refund where:
•you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
•the purchase was made accidentally and you contact us promptly before meaningful access or use;
•the file or access link is materially defective and we cannot reasonably repair or replace it;
•the purchase was unauthorized, subject to reasonable verification; or
•a product-specific guarantee applies and you meet its stated requirements.
We generally do not refund a digital product solely because you changed your mind after downloading, accessing, or substantially using it, unless applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right.
If you cannot access a digital product, contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, resend access, or provide an equivalent replacement before evaluating a refund.
3. Inner Circle membership
You may cancel the Inner Circle membership at any time through your account dashboard, through the cancellation method shown at checkout, or by contacting [Insert support email].
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your access generally continues through the period already paid for, unless your access is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
If the Inner Circle includes a trial, the trial terms shown at checkout control. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the trial ends. If you are charged after a trial because cancellation was not completed, contact us promptly and we will review the request under this policy and applicable law.
We may approve a refund for a membership charge where:
•the charge was duplicated;
•the charge was unauthorized, subject to reasonable verification;
•a technical error caused an incorrect charge;
•a product-specific or trial guarantee applies; or
•applicable law requires a refund.
4. Approved refunds
If we approve a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. The timing depends on the provider and is outside our control.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange a reasonable alternative where permitted by law.
Refunds normally cover the eligible purchase amount. Shipping, taxes, duties, currency-conversion costs, or payment-provider charges may be treated according to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute where possible. We will try to resolve billing concerns promptly. Nothing in this section limits your rights to contact your payment provider or exercise a legal right.
If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment processor with relevant transaction and access records to investigate the dispute.
6. Consumer rights
This Policy does not limit mandatory rights or remedies available under the laws that apply to you. If local law gives you a cancellation period, statutory guarantee, or other refund right, that right remains available even where this Policy says otherwise.
7. Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version in effect when you made your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a later version is required by law or expressly provides a more favorable benefit.
